Adam Underwood | Licensed in TN & MS | Certified Relocation

With over 20 years of real estate experience, I specialize in transitioning families and professionals moving to and from the Memphis area.

Whether you're relocating across the state, the country, or internationally, I understand the unique challenges of starting fresh in a new community—from navigating school districts and commute times to finding neighborhoods that match your lifestyle and budget.

I hold certifications with LeadingRE Relocation Specialist (LRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Those are just fancy acronyms letting you know I have formal training as well as hands-on experience. I've successfully guided hundreds of clients through stress-free moves. There are great neighborhoods and communities all over Memphis and West TN. Do you want the Midtown lifestyle with walkable restaurants and close access entertainment? I got you. I lived there for years. Do you want some acreage in the ‘burbs to live the Green Acres lifestyle? I got you. I wear boots and raise chickens in Germantown.

My in-depth knowledge of local markets, strong negotiation skills, and network of trusted partners (including movers, lenders, handymen, inspectors), ensures you get the best value throughout your move and even after you move in.

Born and raised in Germantown, I am a bit of a towny (Rhodes College then UofM). Outside of real estate, I enjoy my family (beautiful wife, 9th grader, 11th grader), fishing (bass and trout), hiking, woodworking, connecting at church, occasionally playing “old man” basketball, and eating good!

If you're planning a move, let's connect—I'm here to help find you the perfect home.
